Today we are having our free time… We are able to do what we want as long as it is safe… We are able to sleep till about 12noon but yet we wake up quite early… About 10.30am, we wake up to take our shower and went to play basketball at 11am… We played about three matches, after which we went to have our lunch at 1pm… Then we got to sms to Mr. Ma of our location… After that we back to our dorm to rest… At 4pm, we meet up with Group 6 to go to the night market to shop and have a look… One problem is that we do not know how to go there… During that time we just know that we got to change bus but do not know the exact place to change…
When we go outside to the opposite side to take our bus, there a man telling us that he wanted to send us to our destination… As a few groups of our friends have taken their mini-van to shop around… That van cost about 30 Yuan… To us, that is about the price that we got to spend for one trip so we decided to take the mini-van… The place we go is actually called the “虎泉街”. It is a night market which we can shop for some cheap things and get some good foods there… By the time we reached there it is about 5pm… Then, we took a short stroll from one end to the other…
At about 7.30pm, we decided to go off as we have some sort tired of shopping at there… Again, we took the mini-van back but now it cost us about 35 Yuan yet still it is cheap to us because there are total 13 of us… We reached school gate at about 8.20pm and so we went to have our dinner at KFC...
When we reached KFC, we took a look of the menu that they served at there… It was totally amazed that they actually sell about the same as what we get at Singapore… Yet, we have no choice so we get ourselves some food to eat… We spent a total of 180 Yuan at KFC… 2 sets of their family feast and three individual meals… After meals, we went to have a stroll at the shop there then we went back to our bunk at about 9plus as we got debrief by Mr. Chua at 10pm… About 10plus, the debrief was finished then we went back to our room to rest and get a early sleep as tomorrow we having a presentation by the lecture at Wuhan…
I observed it when we went for our shopping, halfway through; we discovered that we got to went to the toilet… We look from one end to another but we cannot find any… This tells me that they do not have many places to build their toilet…
We decided to ask the people around where got toilet? The answer that the person we asked tell us that we can get toilet in school… My conclusion is that we got to finish any business at our bunk first before we came out… if not, we will be looking around for toilet worst thing is that we got to do our business in public… That very embarrassed! The next observation is to look for more places for us to shop and to get nice foods…
