18-03-2009 (Wednesday)

Today we wake up very early for our lesson… At about 7.20am, we already moved from our bunk to have our breakfast… During this period of time, there were many people in the canteen because they are also starting lesson at 8am… Since there were so many people, we just bought our foods and went straight towards the international block as there are tables and chairs for us to sit down and eat… We eat halfway and saw few groups have reached the classroom so we quickly finished up our breakfast and went up to the classroom…

Lesson was being taught by China lecturer… Lecturer is a man. His name is Yin Shirong… He stepped into the classroom greeted us and soon we started our lesson… He came and taught us about Business Etiquette and Strategies… The lesson was a bit too dry for us but still is able to listen attentively in the class… We then were given about 5-10 minutes break after every one hour of lesson…

Soon, at about 11.30am lesson ended and we were being released from class…We then went to have our lunch at Canteen 1… In order to know more we went to different canteen to try their foods, whether is it nice or not… The foods there were not so bad just that the spice they put, we do not used to it… After lunch, we went to bunk and about 12.40pm we meet again for our next lesson… As being told by Mr. Chua that he going to start lesson early then ended at 3pm…

He wanted to let us go to the IT mall which is known as 广埠屯. At 2plus, we were being released and quickly we took Bus 901 to the destination for about 30mins…When we reached there, we were told to take a group photo… After that, we went into the mall to see what we can purchase… Everything was like so expensive to us… Haha, in the end never bother to buy anything… Then about 6pm, the shops were all closing… Then we meet up with the rest to take a bus ride back to school campus…

Then we settle our dinner at Canteen 2… Today, we tried something new, which is the stall that sells home-cooked food… We spent about 74 Yuan which consists of 7Dishes and a free-flow of rice… It is really very worthy… After dinner, we went back to our bunk to rest… At 9.30pm, we are having a meeting. We discuss on our experience on shopping at广埠屯. After briefing, we went back to our room to rest and waited for something new to happened for tomorrow…

I observed that they like to slash price... It should be their culture… Then when we are near to them, we intended to slash the price too… It was so much fun being able to get the price u opts for…Just not sure why their shops got to close at 6pm sharp? That every early to us… Normally we are able to shop around 10pm but now till 6pm, it really a waste of time… The next observation is too looking for more places to shop… It was really a very tired day for me… Till then, we shall say goodbye already……
